Part 2/13:
In the Philippines, authorities have uncovered a disturbing trend: vapes contaminated with illegal drugs such as cannabis, THC, ketamine, and even liquid cocaine. Filipino law enforcement agencies, like the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA), are seizing massive quantities of these dangerous products—confiscating over 960 million dollars worth of drugs since 2022 and recovering more than three million vapes and accessories. These products are often sold online via social media platforms and encrypted messaging apps, making interdiction difficult and allowing drug syndicates to continually adapt their methods.
