As the debate continues, one thing remains clear: art cannot escape its cultural context, but it can serve as a mirror—reflecting not only the creator’s intent but also the viewer’s worldview. In a fractured society, perhaps the best approach is to appreciate stories for their complexity and resist the urge to reduce them to simple political tools. Only then can film and art fulfill their true purpose: to entertain, provoke thought, and bridge divides—not deepen them.
