Part 5/11:
Cosmetic dermatologists have observed an uptick in patients seeking dermal fillers to restore facial volume lost through medication-induced fat depletion. Filler treatments, costing between $700 and $2,000 per syringe, offer temporary fixes but come with their own set of problems. Because the filler can migrate over time, patients often require repeated procedures, leading to a cycle of ongoing maintenance.
Additional interventions, such as radiofrequency skin tightening treatments costing upwards of $1,500 to $3,500, are also offered as alternatives. Yet, these procedures are expensive and do not address the fundamental issue—loss of natural fat and tissue structure.
