Arnold recounts that ICE officers were present during a court session and he directed them to the administrative offices rather than the courtroom. He makes it clear that he did not hide the migrant in question from the jury or within his chambers, stating the migrant was escorted out through the back door based on situational necessity. This was part of routine procedures, especially given the circumstances of having a crowded courtroom with around 30 people.
