Milestones in Immigration Enforcement: First Deportation Flight
Reinforcing its commitment, Florida recently achieved a milestone in immigration enforcement cooperation. In partnership with ICE and the U.S. Coast Guard, the state launched its first deportation flight from Tallahassee International Airport. Nearly 20 illegal aliens were transported in this initial operation, which is scheduled to become a weekly occurrence.
