The Limitations of Land and Production
Singapore's limited land availability continues to pose a challenge for rapid and large-scale construction. To overcome this constraint, the reliance on off-site prefab production has become essential. Factories produce building components—referred to as "bricks"—which are then transported to the construction site. This system optimizes land use by consolidating manufacturing processes away from the constrained city landscape.
