Malaysia's anti-corruption journey remains complex. While some progress has been made—prosecutions, institutional reforms, and legislative changes—the path to genuine integrity is long and fraught with political complications. The current government’s resolve will be tested as old habits die hard and entrenched interests resist change.

Whether the cycle of impunity can be broken depends on political courage, institutional independence, and an engaged citizenry willing to demand accountability.
