Part 4/10:
Surprisingly, many individuals—including a majority of men—do not wear sunscreen daily. A survey revealed that 82% of men and 36% of women admit to skipping daily sun protection. Common reasons include inconvenience, sweat, and laziness. Even parents often neglect to protect children’s skin unless they visit the beach or are in direct sunlight for extended periods.
This widespread neglect favors long-term skin damage, which may not manifest immediately but can cause visible aging, pigmentation, and, more dangerously, increase the risk of skin cancer. Dermatological skin scans confirmed that individuals who do not use sunscreen show signs of UV-induced damage, such as wrinkles, pigmentation, and skin sagging, even at relatively young ages.
