Adding to the distress, recently a coworker reported having her car stolen—an incident that has unfortunately become common among many in the building. Another incident involved an encounter with a homeless individual who was clearly unwell, half-dressed, and possibly disturbed mentally. That confrontation was frightening, especially as the individual appeared unarmed, yet the resident had to fight back for self-defense.
"This was scary as hell," they admitted, emphasizing the unsettling environment they navigate daily.
