Part 9/11:
Easing Travel Logistics and Resumption of Inbound Travel
In response to the pandemic, travel logistics in China have become more streamlined. Currently, incoming travelers are only required to undergo a four-day testing procedure, a significant reduction from previous quarantine mandates. This easing is expected to generate a surge in inbound travel, with many international visitors already making appointments to visit China.
Similarly, outbound Chinese travel is rebounding strongly, as evidenced by recent visits to Europe, America, and other Asian countries. Travel demand is high enough that industry players are actively preparing their partners and infrastructure to accommodate increased volume once borders fully reopen.
