Attention was given to the kitchen areas, especially the dry kitchen, which was designated for restoration rather than replacement. The team planned to restore countertops, flooring, and metallic fixtures, all of which were already showing signs of damage. Removing debris, cleaning surfaces, and repairing damaged components were prioritized to prevent further deterioration.
Additionally, some structural elements, such as doors, needed replacement—particularly fire-rated doors that had sustained damage from the recent fire. These doors, especially those leading to the toilet and ceiling areas, required disposal and replacement for safety and aesthetic reasons.
