What makes this condition particularly insidious is that it often presents no symptoms—a silent threat that can lead to severe health issues if left unmanaged.
Understanding this, Ray set a clear goal: to limit his salt intake to less than one teaspoon per day for two weeks. Prior to starting, he had his health markers checked and monitored his blood pressure, aiming to observe any changes resulting from the diet.
