Part 3/11:
Rehearsals began in June 1994, with Moses Lim—Singapore's first Channel 8 entertainer to cross over into English television—leading the cast. They rehearsed from Monday to Thursday, with live multi-camera shoots in front of audiences on Fridays. This combination of live energy and polished editing resulted in a show both fresh and relatable.
The catchphrase jingle, reminiscent of McDonald’s famous slogan, became iconic: "To balance your yin and yang, bring harmony to your life." booming through streets as a humorous reminder of the show's humorous take on family and daily life.
