One memorable character was Yusuf, played by Malaysian actor Zybo Man, a mischievous Miraboo seller whose insecurities about speaking English added humor and cultural depth. Zybo’s passing in 2018 due to cancer was mourned by the cast, who remembered his talent and warm personality fondly.
