Challenging the Body: From Walking to Ultra Running
Motivated by his travels and the desire to push personal boundaries, Anthony sets a new goal: training for an ultra marathon. Starting with simple walks and progressing to running, he begins to understand the importance of consistency in fitness. His first attempt at a 20-minute jog was physically taxing but fulfilling, prompting him to incorporate longer runs into his routine. Yet, life’s unpredictability, exacerbated by the pandemic, threw setbacks his way—he was unable to sustain regular training due to work stress and fatigue.
