In a more intimate revelation, someone very close to Baron shed light on the true nature of the interaction. The speaker, who claims to have a strong personal relationship with Baron, recounted a private call where they asked Baron directly about what he said during that moment.
Baron’s response was surprisingly benign. He explained that his words were highly polite and respectful—so much so that it was almost difficult to interpret otherwise. According to him, what he actually said was along the lines of extending congratulations or well-wishes to Biden, such as “congratulations and best of luck to you,” or something very similar.
