Unfortunately, the story of the Cyclops Cat does not have a happy ending. Just two days after its birth, the kitten tragically died on November 6th due to breathing difficulties. Its owner, 32-year-old farm hand Gilberto Almeida, shared that he had never encountered such a defect before. Gilberto explained that there were four kittens in the litter, but only this one was affected by cyclopia—a congenital disorder characterized by the presence of a single eye in the center of the face.
