As global populations age rapidly—with the number of centenarians doubling between 2010 and 2020—question arises: Is our increasing lifespan matched by an extension in health span? Unfortunately, the answer remains complex, prompting initiatives like Singapore's Center for Healthy Longevity, established in 2022. This center has a bold objective: delaying aging itself to extend healthy years.
