On the day scheduled for the viewing, the tenant and a co-tenant arrived at the location only to find the agent absent. They attempted to contact him multiple times, but he did not show up. Despite not being able to meet physically, they managed to enter the unit itself—though it was messy and cluttered with boxes, not the fully furnished, pristine space they had been shown in the photos. This discrepancy further heightened suspicion.
They peeked into the unit from the outside but found no one was home. The scene was inconsistent with the supposed fully furnished, well-renovated apartment.
