Most people are still at Levels 1 or 2, but the true game-changers are moving into full agency, with systems managing entire projects on their own.
Changing Your Mindset: Be the Director, Not the Doer
The most critical shift lies in how we approach AI. Many users still treat AI as a brainstorming partner or assistant—something to bounce ideas off. The real power, however, is reverse prompting: starting with a clear goal, then instructing AI to create plans to accomplish it.
The key idea: You are the director, not the doer.
