Musk confidently stated that Tesla aims to achieve the fastest production ramp for any complex product in history. Starting with an initial one million units in a dedicated production line in Fremont, Tesla plans to escalate manufacturing capacity dramatically. Following this, Musk predicts the deployment of a 10 million units per year production line, with a possible long-term goal of reaching 100 million robots annually, or even a billion. While the latter might seem far-fetched, Musk humorously speculated that such a colossal scale could perhaps be on Mars.
