The First Incidents
The allegations begin with a seemingly innocuous event—the dropping of a pen. According to the complaint, Hajini bent down to retrieve her pen near John Doe's desk, during which she supposedly rubbed his leg and squeezed his calf while making flirtatious comments about his basketball background. Later, she invited him for drinks, which he declined, allegedly prompting her to threaten him with words like, "If you don't f*** me soon, I'm going to ruin you."
