Part 4/12:
Joe started his comedy career shortly after high school in Las Vegas, performing in small clubs and gradually building confidence. His early gigs were humble; he worked odd jobs while honing his craft. The grind was long and arduous, with years spent performing night after night, often in front of small audiences or at clubs where he could barely make ends meet.
He vividly recounts his experience of being invited onto BET's "Comic View," an important milestone that marked his entry into larger black audiences and helped diversify his reach. His knack for storytelling, combined with his keen sense of timing, earned him respect in the comedy community and set him apart from many others stuck in the cycle of generic routines.
