Dan Collins, originally from Michigan’s Detroit area, traced his journey through academia and business. He did his undergraduate studies at Michigan State University and participated in an exchange program at Tsinghua University in the late '90s, an institution often dubbed the "MIT of China." Staying in China for 20 years, Collins worked with Fortune 500 companies and later Taiwanese enterprises, overseeing thousands of employees and factories.
He left China in 2019, just before COVID-19 reshaped the world, and returned to Miami, where he now owns multiple companies and hosts a podcast that began at the dawn of the pandemic, reflecting on global upheavals and emerging threats.
