In a blender, combine the sliced carrots with 480 mL of water. Blend until the mixture reaches your desired texture. If you prefer a very smooth consistency, feel free to blend longer.
Step 3: Strain the Carrot Juice
Once blended, you will want to strain the mixture to remove any larger pieces. This step ensures a smoother texture in your final smoothie – set this juice aside for later use.
