After marinating, it’s time to coat the chicken. Roll the chicken well in the previously prepared breading mixture, ensuring each piece is adequately coated for that perfect crunch.
In a deep fryer, heat up 720ml of oil until it reaches the right temperature. Carefully place the coated chicken breasts in the hot oil, cooking until they are golden brown and crispy. The sight of the chicken sizzling in the oil is a sure sign that a scrumptious meal is on the way!
Preparing the Sauce
While the chicken is frying, it's time to prepare a delicious dipping sauce to accompany your dish. For this sauce, you will need:
4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1 pickle
1-2 cloves of garlic
Lemon juice
