To assemble the kebabs, thread the seasoned potatoes onto wooden skewers, followed by the marinated pork pieces, then the onion slices.
For added flavor, take the slices of bacon and wrap them around the skewers. Ensure the bacon edges are folded in so they don’t hang down and spoil the appearance.
Top off your skewers with any leftover potatoes to fill out the kebabs.
Wrapping and Baking
Wrap the assembled kebabs in wet parchment paper, followed by a layer of foil to keep them moist while cooking. Place them in a preheated oven at 200°C (390°F) and bake for approximately 60 minutes.
