While the kebabs are baking, melt 20g (0.7 oz) of butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the bacon slices and fry until golden brown, then remove them from the pan.
In the same pan, coarsely chop 1 purple onion and add it to the butter. Fry the onion for about 2-3 minutes until it becomes translucent.
Next, add 1 red bell pepper and 1 green pepper, frying the mixture for an additional 3-4 minutes. Don’t forget to prepare 2 sausages by cutting them into slices; add them to the pan.
In another step, crush and chop the 2 cloves of garlic alongside 1/2 tsp of coriander and additional black pepper. Mix these with the fried vegetables and bacon, then coarsely chop the 600g (21.2 oz) of cabbage and add it to the pot.
