Next step: the creamy Alfredo sauce! In a blender, combine 1.5 cups of Fairlife cottage cheese, 1 cup of Parmesan cheese, one garlic clove, and two teaspoons of cornstarch. Blend until you achieve a smooth consistency, setting the stage for a rich and creamy coating for your pasta.
Cooking the Chicken
Heat a pan over medium-high heat, adding a splash of oil. Once hot, carefully lay the seasoned chicken in a single layer to cook for about 5 minutes, or until fully cooked. After that, remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
Preparing the Vegetables
In the same pan, add 2 tablespoons of butter to melt, then toss in the broccoli. Cook it for about 4 minutes until it's tender but still vibrant. Once done, remove the broccoli and focus on combining the flavors again.
