Now, add 1 egg and mix it into the flour mixture. Gradually incorporate the hot water mixture until the dough is no longer dry. If necessary, add a little more water until all flour is absorbed, and then knead the dough for about 3 to 5 minutes until it’s smooth.
Shaping the Buos
After kneading, divide the dough into small balls of your desired size. Place each ball onto parchment paper. Cover them with plastic wrap and let them rest for 20 minutes.
Once rested, take each ball and flatten it with a rolling pin. Use your hands to stretch and thin it out while being careful not to tear it. The dough should be thin enough to see through without ripping. Place the shaped dough onto a clean tablecloth to air dry for 10 to 15 minutes on each side.
