Preparing for the Experiment
To execute this taste test, precise steps were followed. Two plates of chicken were laid out—one with fresh chicken costing 9,800 naira, which included butchering and cleaning, and the other with frozen chicken priced at 7,000 naira. A set of ingredients, consistent for both cooking processes, was brought in: thyme, cumin powder, paprika powder, garlic powder, fresh garlic, onions, and seasoning cubes.
The preparation entailed boiling, frying, and grilling portions of both chicken types. The intention was not only to analyze flavor and texture but also to educate viewers on the importance of cooking methods in relation to health.
