Toast the Hazelnuts
Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Spread your hazelnuts on a baking tray and roast them for about 10 to 12 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
Once toasted, remove them from the oven and let them cool just enough to handle. Place them in a clean tea towel and rub to remove the skins as much as possible. Don’t worry if not all the skins come off!
