4. Flavoring the Batter
Add vanilla extract and, if desired, almond essence for an additional flavor profile. Pour in the coconut milk and whisk gently for about 20 seconds to combine everything smoothly.
5. Preparing for Baking
Once your batter is ready, prepare a baking pan measuring 21x11x6 cm (or 2 lbs). Pour the batter into the pan, ensuring it is evenly distributed.
6. Baking the Cake
Preheat your oven to 170°C (338°F). Place the baking pan in the oven and bake for 40-45 minutes. The cake is ready when it turns a light golden color and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
