With the dough prepared, the fun of shaping begins. The original Biscoff cookies are rectangular and often stamped with the Lotus brand name, so using cookie stamps or a cutter to achieve this shape can add an appealing touch to your cookies. Alternatively, the cookie can be cut into various shapes according to personal preference.
As you cut out the cookies, don’t waste any scraps; simply gather and re-roll the dough. This allows for a yield of approximately 25 to 28 cookies, perfect for sharing or enjoying at home.
