With your salmon properly seasoned, it’s time to get cooking. Preheat your skillet to medium-high heat and add a drizzle of oil. Place the salmon skin side down in the hot skillet. After five minutes, it’s time to flip the salmon. The skin side should be perfectly crispy and golden brown, brimming with flavor. Let the other side cook for an additional three minutes, ensuring even cooking. Once done, remove the salmon from the skillet and set it aside.
