Once the vegetables are adequately sautéed, it’s time to blend them into a smooth consistency. You can either use a mincer or a hand blender for this task. Ensure that the mixture is completely pureed, as this will help extract all the rich flavors into the stock.
Prepare for Freezing
If you don’t have a silicone container to store your stock, a conventional baking tray can serve the purpose effectively. Pour the pureed vegetable mixture into your chosen container, smoothing it out evenly.
Freezing
Next, store the container in the freezer overnight to solidify the stock. If you used a baking tray, remember to cut the solid stock into convenient pieces for storage.
