Preparing the Fruity Tomato Sauce
While the lentil balls are frying, you can prepare the sauce. For this, you will need:

- 1 clove of garlic 
- 1 can of chunky tomatoes (400 grams or 14 oz) 
- 1 teaspoon of sugar 
- 1 teaspoon of Italian herbs 
- Salt and pepper, to taste 
- Fresh basil (optional, for garnish)
