Preparing the Topping Sauce
In a small bowl, mix together the ketchup, maple syrup (or agave syrup), rice vinegar (or apple cider vinegar), and soy sauce to create a delicious sauce for drizzling on top. If desired, use vegan mayonnaise to create the traditional okonomiyaki pattern over the pancakes.
