Baking: The Final Touch
Before pouring the batter into the pan, make sure to grease a 9x4 inch baking form (or 23x11 cm) with butter. This step will prevent the cake from sticking and ensure it comes out beautifully golden.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake at 356°F (180°C) for approximately 35 to 40 minutes. Keep an eye on the cake—once it turns golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, it's ready to be taken out of the oven.
Once baked, allow the cake to cool before serving. For an extra touch of sweetness, sprinkle some powdered sugar on top just before serving.
