Mixing Everything Together
Following the cottage cheese mix, separate the egg yolk and add it to the cottage mixture with the pumpkin, then blend until smooth. Next, incorporate 30g of flour (your choice) and a half teaspoon of baking powder. I prefer rice flour for its lower caloric content, but other options like regular flour also work well.
