Combining Ingredients and Baking
Once your whipped egg mixture is ready, carefully combine it with the dry ingredients. Add the dry mix gradually, spoonful by spoonful, to maintain the fluffiness of the batter.
When your batter is ready, transfer it to a silicon donut mold for easy removal after baking. A piping bag is an excellent tool for neat pouring, though a simple spoon will work too.
