Knowing When It’s Ready
To check if the consistency is just right, take a regular tablespoon and dip it into the hot chocolate. If you swipe your finger along the back of the spoon and it leaves a clear path, you’ve achieved the perfect "point" for serving. The path should not disappear too quickly, indicating a creamy, thick texture.
