Line your muffin tin with paper liners. John recommends using a taller muffin paper for a better rise. Evenly distribute the batter into each cup; if you're feeling generous, add extra cranberries to ensure each muffin has plenty of fruit.
As an optional touch, consider sprinkling sanding sugar on top or adding a streusel topping for that extra sweetness and crunch.
Baking the Muffins
Bake your muffins in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes. You'll know they’re done when they’re puffed up and golden brown.
Once baked, let them cool slightly in the pan before transferring to a wire rack. You’ll notice a significant difference in height if you used the taller paper liners!
