He also reminds viewers to preheat their oven to 400°F, even if he prefers not to start it just yet to avoid noise.
As he spreads the dough into shape, he discusses what toppings traditionally belong on pizza. Though he isn't fond of cheese, he decides to include it for the sake of his viewers and proceeds to layer on pizza sauce, making sure to distribute it evenly.
