Step 1: Preparing the Chicken
Start by seasoning the chicken breast pieces with salt and ground pepper. Heat some vegetable oil in a pan over high heat, and fry the chicken for about 3-4 minutes until it's nicely browned. After cooking, transfer the chicken to a separate plate to rest.
