2 cloves of garlic, chopped into smaller pieces
1/3 of a small onion, chopped
1/4 of a medium-sized carrot, cubed
3 spring onions, separated into white and green parts
After chopping, set all of these ingredients aside for use later.
Preparing Other Ingredients
You will also need:
1.5 cups of overnight cooked rice
2 eggs, cracked into a bowl and lightly salted

Sautéing Aromatics
Begin by heating 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the white parts of the spring onion and the chopped onion. Sauté for about 2 to 3 minutes until they are translucent.
