Preparing the Potatoes

Cover the pot and let them cook for approximately 12 minutes or until they are tender.
Cooking the Carrots
While the potatoes are cooking, heat a tablespoon of butter in a separate skillet. Once melted, add the grated carrots and sauté them for a few minutes. Stir regularly to avoid burning and ensure even cooking. This step adds a sweet and vibrant touch to your potato mixture.
