Forming the Dough
At this stage, mix everything together until you achieve a shaggy dough. Once well combined, transfer the dough to a clean surface. Here, you can add a small amount of oil or butter to enrich the dough's flavor. Knead it for approximately 10 to 15 minutes until you achieve that smooth and elastic texture that is the hallmark of well-made bread.
Letting the Dough Rise
Once the dough is ready, place it into a greased bowl; butter works wonderfully here. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and a kitchen towel, and allow it to sit in a warm area for about 50 minutes to an hour. A common trick is to place the bowl in a turned-off oven which encourages the dough to double in size.
