The next step is proofing, where the formed donuts rise to achieve that fluffy texture we all love. After the proofing stage, the donuts are ready for frying. The advanced fryers are designed for optimal cooking, ensuring that both sides of the donuts turn golden brown. A system of reverse belts even turns the donuts at the perfect time, guaranteeing an evenly cooked product.
