Part 7/10:
Quality control is embedded at every critical juncture. Once seasoned, chips pass through automated inspection systems equipped with high-speed optical cameras and AI sensors to detect defects such as overcooked chips, broken pieces, or inadequate seasoning.
Quality experts also perform tactile and taste tests to verify flavor integrity and crunchiness. Simultaneously, metal detection systems scan for foreign objects—like metal shards—to guarantee safety. Any defective or contaminated chips are discarded or diverted for recycling.
